Quindi, domani mattina viaggiamo con Ryanair e mentre controllerò gli ultimi dettagli sulla nostra prenotazione, penso di aver notato che le regole del bagaglio sono cambiate. Sono passati alcuni anni da quando ho viaggiato con questa compagnia, quindi non ne sono sicuro.
Ho fatto diversi voli con questa valigia esatta come la borsa gratuita anni fa e non ho mai avuto problemi o non ho mai dovuto pagare un costo aggiuntivo. È una classica valigia da 55x30x20cm. Ma secondo il sito web di Ryanair, è stato permesso solo uno zaino da 40x30x20cm.
Sono solo ubriaco e ho queste misurazioni sono sempre state le stesse, e in tal caso non mi preoccupo di nulla? O le loro regole sono davvero cambiate negli ultimi anni, quindi devi pagare un extra per portare questo tipo di valigia su un volo?

No idea but ryanair is kinda strict. Just try it. Worst that can happen is that they let you check it in and pay for it. Or use a smaller one to be safe
Did you pay extra for the carry-on or only a normal ticket for hand luggage? Carry-on is the 55. Hand luggage is only the 40.
Yeah i believe they stopped allowing the classic handbaggage for free. You used to be able to have a small suitcase + a “small personal bag”, now its just the latter
Strictly respect their measurements. I travel alot with Ryanair and they don’t fuck around when it comes to luggage.
Suitcase used to be free, not anymore. You have to pay extra.
Backpack/handbag is still free, but it’s smaller than the suitcase.
This suitcase ain’t a handbag nor a backpack. This is a cabin baggage.
A standard fare includes only a small bag. Like a backpack, or a sport bag, etc. Ryanair is very clear about this when you book a ticket with them by visualising what kind of luggage you may take.
You need to get the extra cabin baggage. It’ll cost you more now, because it’s post booking.

yeah, for that size you need to pay extra.
And better pay before you leave cause when they check at the airport it will cost a lot more.
