The number of victims of the massive strike on Kyiv, carried out by russian forces on the night of July 31, has risen to **26**. Among the dead are **three children**:  **6-year-old boy** who died on the way to the hospital and a **17-year-old teenager** and a **2-year-old child.** 

Rescue operations are still ongoing.

Relief centers in schools have been set up in four districts of the capital to assist those affected by the russian attack.
