**ruSSia should have invested that money into basic infrastructure—into things that, even in 2025, are still not common across much of russia:**
indoor plumbing, running water, sewage systems, paved roads, gas pipelines, waste collection, reliable electricity, heated and functioning hospitals and schools, public transport, broadband internet, mobile coverage, postal services, modern firefighting and emergency medical response, insulated homes, water treatment, access to basic shops or pharmacies.
So russian people do not have to fetch water from wells, heat with wood, and use outdoor toilets..
Russia would rather invest in terrorizing Ukraine than its own infrastructure.
That tracks.
Goes to show how committed they are to being terrorists.
May they all meet their maker soon.
