That’s about £0.00043636363 per person. The scandal!
Maths used: 14,400 ÷ 33,000,000 (the amount of people that payed income tax in 2021. Rounded obviously.)
Is there any politician in this country that isn’t just infuriatingly scummy?
Would make four times that if he turns it into an Airbnb.
Seems to be market rate for Edinburgh to be honest, and I’m sure we’d all much rather rent from someone we know than a complete random (and indeed rent to).
