It doesnt surprise me that beggars are having to commute. Organised eastern european begging gangs have run the local beggers out of the city centre here.

Used to talk to a lot of homeless people in the city and they all made it perfectly clear that was what was happening. They’d regularly get threatened and beaten to give up their spots to the gangs
