      Switzerland is among the very bottom of the list of countries I’d ever feel sorry for. Actually happy to see them hit with these stupid tariffs, the EU should do the same.

      Non-EU are hit to force Non-EU countries to join EU.
      This is a larger move to make the small countries choose.

      Switzerland is simply not to be regretted, probably the most hypocritical country in the world… starting with the attitude towards the rest of Europe, towards Ukraine… and Russian money…

      Why haven’t all these countries just banded together and made trade deals together?

      The US hates BRICS as it threatens to undermine them.

      BRICS on steroids would absolutely undermine them.

      Just like every other business trump has owned or run, this one will fail. It’s unfortunate that this business is the united states of America.

      Give it 5-10 years and we will see. Trump is getting his atta boy and gets to post his “wins” today but when he’s gone the us economy will be destroyed.

      He is 7 months in office and wants to parade around that he has saved America and brought it award breaking tariffs of x billion.. sustainable strong economies don’t work like that. Quick hitting wins are just a flash in the pan.

      The rest of the world is going to silently move away from American products, media, and the county in terms of holidays.. each country hit with tariffs is right now advising through the news how many jobs will be lost and the economic impact. That will not be forgotten and will change attitudes.

      America is being destroyed and at this point I don’t even care any more.

      So funny seeing people talking about who got the best deal, do you not see the simple truth? 
      USA is simply using the tactics of divide and conquer and everyone falling on it.

      I dont care tbh. The Swiss ‘neutrality’ has allowed them to turn their backs on nations when they could have done the right thing. And thats before we consider their role in enabling the holocaust / benefitting from the proceeds of genocide. So Switzerland can get fucked as far as im concerned. Not a very nice country at all.

      I don’t feel sorry for the swiss. I don’t hate them either, but for all history they’ve cared about profit over morals. Many times at the expense of others. They valued their individuality above anything else, now they’ll have to deal with the bs tariffs by themselves.

      Well, if there is 1 country in Europe that I won’t cry over for it to be screw over by drumf, it really is switzerland. That’s called karma.
