      Hey! My local team. I’m never quite sure what diversity officers actually do, they just seem to create issues they can then address to me.

      Seems to me that in an industry where British Asians and Asians in general are heavily underrepresented, a lot of people have a cause for grievance with Watford. If I was Asian and had applied for a role at Watford I would be suing the daylights out of them, hopefully until they go bust and can no longer be resurrected.
