Because the government do everything they can to annoy them

TL;DR – The political elites have been doing the exact opposite of what they asked/voted for in the last 10 years, and now they have had enough.

white working class rage is ALWAYS surging in Britain – 70′ onwards, basically ever since working class people “forgot their place” – if you are excluded and marginalised, your hate gets redirected against those the rich tell you to hate – immigrants. It never occurs to people that ahmed down the chipshop or amreen who is cleaning your office is not the enemy, they are working class like you. Your enemy owns the press and the TV and eats at Michelin restraunts while you seethe at immegrants for taking low paying menial jobs.

Because economics sucks for the working class in the whole West, deindustrialization had severely destroyed labor, social safety nets have been dismantled, public property sold and propaganda from the elite-controlled media fuel the fire against foreigners as they are easy scapegoats (not that immigration and integration should not be considered important in the political discourse as they definitely need to be managed properly).
To be honest, we are losing more jobs to offshoring that from immigrants.
The government is also not doing enough and I am afraid it doesn’t even have the resources to do so after decades of administration aimed at dismantling the safety nets by Tatcher and her successors. The damage has been done and now, even if there was political will (that might not be the case), it’s hard to fix and it certainly can’t be done in a few years.
Reform for sure is not going to improve things either, but they are populists and know how to channel anger for their own purposes.

Because parties have promised reforms to help the people but they’ve only siphoned money to the ultra wealthy and people want change. Up until recently there was no party that platformed on wanting to stand up to the status quo and bring actual change until the far right party came around. Yes, they are very much wrong in the solutions they’re offering but what they are presenting is change. Rn Corby’s party needs to be radically left and ACTUALLY be socialist as they claim they’d be otherwise they’d end up being another failed reformist wave paving the way for far right sentiment. Immigrants are not the problem, it’s the rich. The working class ought to organise and fight the common enemy, not fight amongst each other.
The UK has an entire home to renovate but it has no savings, the credit cards are loaded with debt and even Ocean finance are casting a curious glance to see whether it’s remotely possible for them to improve the credit score.
Other people will talk about immigration, that doesn’t motivate me in the slightest, what does piss me off is that successive governments from 2010 onwards have run down every public service while increasing the tax take. Instead of policies intended to increase birth rates they’ve made it harder. The ‘wealth creators’ had to be bailed out with public money.
Rachael Reeves has in the past number of months had to be stopped from interfering on behalf of banks and supported car finance lenders against consumers.
Fuck the tories, fuck labour and fuck reform too.

It’s hard to maintain sympathy for this “the suffering white working class” if they sabotage their own prospects and that of their society through the ballot-box.
Brexit cost the UK more money by 2020 than the previous **40 years** of contributions to the European Community **combined.** But you know, they wanted their independence because the local pub now has an Indian restaurant next to it.

They pushed so hard the agenda of immigration and silenced anyone who is against calling them racist, xenophobics and other stuff.
Truth is, big companies have a huge political influence to let this happen.
More immigration meaning cheaper labor and easy exploited while natives suffer because of it.
I am and will always be PRO strict border control and not open borders. I’m saying this as an ex immigrant in Italy between ’96 – ’06 where anyone who wanted to immigrate from my country, Romania to any state had to pass through a lots of layers to become a legal citizen.
Letting anyone without control is a very dangerous threat to a nation security.

Dumbasses voting for Brexit in the biggest action of self harm in a generation by crippling the economy. Consequences are realised and it hurts.
Those of us who foresaw this and able to provision against it are fine.
Genuinely, zero sympathy for those suffering, especially if you voted for it.

Because decades of deregulated liberalism, literal wealth sucking pump from bottom to top.
And, the vast majority over all poor people remain white. So they are more visible. And so more interesting and easy to manipulate by far-right agenda. Using the good old trick of racism, aka “immigration problem” to have someone else to blame.
Because, well, far-right already in bed with this same business and corporations, as we see elsewhere.

Reform hasn’t ‘transformed’ anything. It is UKIP and Breixt Party reselling its top hits from the last 2 decades.
Also I don’t believe rage is surging either. No politicians talk about class. That is the political alienation. It has been like that for decades.

The consensus in Europe is that a potentially public resource should be made available to nobody, either via privatisation or via its destruction, before it falls to the hands of those deemed as undesirables. This consensus is legitimised by these lads on the thumbnails, but the ones who profit from it the most are the rich, who get to plunder the public resources under general applause.
That carrot in front of a donkey is the key to the alignment of the rich and this section of the working-class that is sweeping the so-called developed world.
