You can buy baby proof safety knob covers.

It’s called lieden lapsisuoja/ liesisuoja/ nappisuojus.
I dont know what kind of fuse board you have (like switches or the old kind) but we have those lever kind of switches and we just turn oven/stove switch (the switch is labelled liesi) off when we dont use it. By my experience those things that we can buy to cover the buttons are not that effective since our kid learned to open them really fast.
You probably want to secure the oven door as well. Maybe one of these would do the trick:

9 volt batteries with open leads.
Our fuse box is near the kitchen so I actually turn the circuit breaker off entirely when not in use.
Teach your child. Teach them that when you turn it on (let them turn it on) that the hobs get hot (place child’s hand a very safe distance over top of the hob so that they can feel the heat increase). Explain that this will burn and could hurt everyone very much. Do this until the lesson is learned. Ask about this daily under the lesson is completely digested.
Teaching is the primary thing you’re meant to do as a parent. You teach so they can learn. Shutting the world away from them only ensures that when they find it, they won’t know what to do with it. Teaching is how you make your world safer.
