      >There should be “greater transparency” from police on the immigration status and **ethnicity** of crime suspects, the home secretary has said, following calls for details to be released of two men arrested over the alleged rape of a 12-year-old in Warwickshire.

Labour government is now in favour of sharing a protected characteristic of people who have been _accused_ of heinous crimes. No wonder ethnic minorities have such little trust with the police and the government.

Farage sounds off, the Labour government dances to his tune. Yawn.

Disagree. The only reason immigration status of suspects matter is because the immigration policy is fucking shit, and immigration status of criminals can be used to prove it. Stop importing criminals in bulk and immigration status of individual suspects will cease to matter.

Get your protests in before conviction, lads. Then pints at the bar on Nigel.

      No, there shouldn’t be.

Put out a general description of the suspect. Enough to help the public identify potential suspects and report them to the police. Sharing their immigration status provides no benefit other than to help justify the actions of morons who are desperate for a lynching.

The only thing that matters us that the courts deport if needed, it’s the only time it really matters

This needs to trickle down into the court system too.

As soon as your immigration status becomes known, you should be fast tracked to a designated crown court that deals with immigration offenders as a priority.

Cases would be fast tracked and Judges follow a standardised protocol to give lengthy sentencing remarks to secure the government later deporting the individual.

Erase the subjectiveness and rambling nonsense that court’s have. We don’t need Judges giving 20 page opinions. Just standardise everything like they do even in Germany for example. Standardise everything to make it next to impossible for lefty lawyers to keep picking apart what judges said. This is why the UK keeps having court cases in the news, because Judges have to keep clarifying what another judge said.

Too many offenders later get lawyer’s involved to pick apart deportation saying “well, the sentencing remarks weren’t that bad, right?”

Then join the Deportation proceedings to the end of the Criminal proceedings so the hearing is the same or next week.

The government needs to stop treating them like two different things. They let too many offenders go back to every day life for years who then easily defeat deportation because they have a kid etc.

Whatever the answer is, it needs to be either for everybody or for nobody.

Picking and choosing, especially when it leads to lines like this:

      > Police say 53-year-old white British man has been arrested car strikes pedestrians, injuring dozens

      Isn’t helping anybody.
