Stavamo caricando l’auto mentre tornavamo dalle Dolomiti e ci fermammo nella zona commerciale intorno a Monaco. Ho visto questo – 1500 €/mese per vivere in stanze apparentemente piccole e tristi lontano da qualsiasi centro urbano.
Che cos’è questo?
A Bruxelles 1500 € non ti darà il lusso, ma comunque qualcosa di ragionevole. So da due recenti casi di appartamenti al centro: 117 m2, due camere da letto, terrazza (un giardino anche condiviso), pavimenti in legno, 1250-1300 affitto + 200 utility.
È comune in Germania? Perché anche un “hotel” a lungo termine invece di affittare qualcosa. Molto strano.

Munich (city + surrounding area) has the highest rents in whole germany. Just saying.
The appartement for 1500 you’re describing would be considered cheap in some german cities.
Edit: just an example: 22m² for 450€ was the cheapest i could find as a student near in a moderate priced city. And it was a shithole.

Relatively Uncommon
My best guess is:
– Munich cracking downtown on app Short Term Rentals that is why that is in a Multizone (Berlin Hamburg and Cologne did already). Different rules apply.
– Munich rent market being strained and this is a workaround
