Dice che posso regalare ai nuovi clienti GA un coupon 250.- per il loro nuovo abbonamento, e poi riceverei 250.- nella mia prossima fattura per ogni nuovo cliente. Ora l’SBB rifiuta di pagarmi 500 e voglio solo pagare 250. Mi sono assicurato con entrambi i nuovi clienti che tutte le linee guida erano seguite correttamente (quale tipo di GA può ottenere).

Did they both get the discount? It would mean that they both qualify, so from my understanding you should get a total of 500 CHF…
Maybe you will get 2×250.- (one at a time, for the next two renewals) and not 1×500.-?
Just to clarify, can you confirm that both of your friends have never had a GA before?
Im with you on that. the word “JEDEN” clearly states that you get the discount for EACH of your friends.
The GA must have been purchased at a serviced salespoint of public traffic. Not any other way like online. It looks like only one of your two friends complied.
