Why? I get the boat that’s a great thing…. But why after this tit?

He will use this as marketing and more will vote for reform, ensuring a 2029 win…

Some wicked irony if they station it where they mostly rescue boat people from.

He’ll love it, so if the aim is to somehow have a go at him this has already backfired.

My advice to the RNLI is to get the hell away from politics.

I knew this would be Simon Harris before clicking on the link. He has done a number of these types of things before

RNLI probably won’t accept unless they don’t have to use the name

Yes it’s very funny isn’t it but the issue is still there, so far this year 30,000 have crossed and entered. Council homes are being used to permanently house them as the government has stopped the hotel funding.

I know why they’re doing it but you have to think, what sort of evil person would want someone to drawn at sea, no matter the circumstances as to how they came to be there.

Especially given the whole maritime thing where you never turn your back on someone stuck at sea, politics and opinions aside, if you’re able to rescue someone, you do, and in return you should feel the same comfort knowing that if you ever ended up adrift or stranded and someone saw you, they’d be obliged to come help too. I think it’s quite a nice sentiment.

If you refuse to help one group of people, this then leads down a slope of refusing other groups, and others deciding they too don’t want to help X or Y. You shouldn’t fuck around with the sea, so having this universal policy is a good way to win against it when you’re losing.

At least now I can imagine a scenario where I’d be happy to see Farage.

With RNLB Frog Mouthed Cunt be allowed to rescue people without seeing their paperwork first?

Can’t fault the RLNI guys they are just doing their job. But immigration really needs addressed quickly. As our public services are bursting at the seams because of it.

they donate to save animals, but wont help to real british families struggling with food and bills…

The irony of the Nigel Farage lifeboat rescuing migrants in the channel when the man himself would rather they drowned.

    14. MLS20212021 on

Hilarious. I wonder how many of these donators have HMOs on their street with gangs of illegal immigrants outside. Or live near hotels where their children feel intimidated to walk past….. I’d imagine they all live in white middle class suburbs that haven’t changed much.

Keep laughing but come 2029 we’ll see how funny you find it then!!

    15. somewhat_informed on

Nigel Farage is used to having half the country hating him. He’ll probably see the funny side of it and spin it as a win. Meanwhile, if you were to try to rename a hotel as “The Keir Starmer Centre for Taxpayer-Funded Paedos and Rapists”, you’d be off to jail.

    16. entersandmum143 on

The RNLI publish their own figures. Under 4% of rescues are for migrant boats.

I guess that when you are so incredibly hate filled, any form of compassion is enough to induce rage filled rants. Even against a charity that mainly benefits your own countrymen.

He will just laugh and say he’s flattered.

His rivals still don’t understand how to take him on
