Every single delivery, without exemption, where the rider was Kristine, Rebecca or so, it was delivered by a mid 30s male. Every time, when we complain about security concerns because of this on the app, their response is in “we will speak to the operations manager”. Nothing changes. Stopped using them completely.
Best not to use deliveroo if you don’t want to contribute to human (economic) trafficking and illegal trade.
They should be shut down immediately.
Car never matches the description given. Usually a ebike or motability EV.

I am missing the part of the article where The Guardian does a few test orders in London to see if there is any basis to this “suggestion”.
They are also uninsured in whatever motability car or illegal e-bike they are on.
The police don’t bother because they won’t get a conviction.
They only target white drivers.
Need to force selfies with the customer at point of delivery to confirm driver – or have these linked to the facial verification that dating apps etc use to ensure the deliverer is the person linked.
