If we can’t even get windfarms approved by the planning bureaucrats, I don’t hold out much hope we get approval for giant kites flying half a kilometer up in the sky.
Interesting project. Above the height of many wins turbines. Presumably safer for birds and quieter for neighbours? I’d like to see the numbers.
