Fire Services Act covers this. Anyone who interferes in fire fighting can be prosecuted as it’s a criminal offence

There’s nothing from the fire service or gardai complaining about access being impeded, just locals who were watching the fire complaining about other people coming to watch the fire…
Were they getting in the way of the firefighting effort? If they were out of the way and recording I can’t see how thats interference.
For those of you who refuse to read the article, people not from the estate decided to rock up to the estate, possibly blocking way fire trucks to arrive, be able to access and set up equipment to fight the blaze. They had units from the city on standby as the fire did extend to an oil tanker. Also, people just lost their livelihoods, treating it like it’s entertainment and even dragging kids out to watch people’s houses burning down is just weird and a c**t move.
This happened when my neighbors house caught fire years ago. The firefighters had to shove away the local shitbag who liked standing close to the flames to act the hard man.
