Can we get some reactors for something useful first, like replacing our imported energy?
It’s absolutely wild Rolls Royce was 70p a share just a couple years ago, to put that into perspective it is currently worth 1100p per share. Kinda mad it was ever that undervalued.
This is pretty exciting. Their mini nuclear reactor things sound properly awesome!
INEOS were in early talks with Rolls Royce to build a reactor to decarbonise their large factories here Scotland, but the SNP immediately shut the talks down before they could even progress.
Unfortunately there are still a lot archaic views around nuclear we need to overcome. Its a scary word and for a lot of people thats all they hear.
