Fishing *and* conversation with JD Vance. Sounds fucking riveting.
A minor infraction given the “fishing” was probably him holding a rod for 5 minutes for some PR photos.
But you have to wonder who advises these people and how they overlooked it. Takes about 2 minutes to apply for a licence online, you get it instantly. It’s an embarrassing oversight.
