How about Alaska?
According to google USA total area is 9,867,000km^2 and Finland is 338,468km^2.
9,867,000km^2 / 338,468km^2 = 29,15
Exactly 29,0323276371 Finlands for those interested (numbers taken from Wikipedia (CIA World Fact Book/Tilastokeskus)).
This doesnt seem to take account map projection properly so you could technically fit alot more. iirc california was about the height of finland.
