Che cos’è questo? Studente internazionale (non UE). Qualcuno può far luce su queste elezioni? Di cosa si tratta? Posso esprimere il mio voto come studente?

It gives you as a foreign national the right to vote for the “Integrationsrat”, a committee on integration issues.

Despite not being a German or EU citizen, you are allowed to participate in the election of the Integrationsrat, as it is supposed to deal with integration issues that obviously are of high interest to you.

you received this letter because you are eligible to vote ( not in other election, but this). to put it simply, the election is to elect a person who will represent foreigners ( students, immigrants, etc).
