That looks impressively well designed! I love the graphics and the theme and the unique and real approach!
This is so cool!
What a creative take on Ukrainian culture.

Cute
Banging soundtrack 🔥🪕
I had a ukranian pupil that was just crazy good at coding and making games. Made complex war games when he was 10-11 years old. Still miss teaching him. A polite and very intelligent boy. He used to live in Mariupol.
From the Dev.ua article:
Each pixel tank, which is so fun to control, symbolizes the fate of a person who lived, dreamed, raised children, loved, worked. At the beginning of the game, we show what the fate of this person was, generate a Ukrainian first and last name. If the player wins, this person becomes a war hero. And if he loses, this person is displayed in the military cemetery.
I just noticed that if you click on the Steam link, you’ll see that there’s a “Ukrainian Game Festival” going on right now (at least that’s the banner at the top that I see). There are a ton of Ukrainian-developed games on sale (some with massive discounts).
This is beautiful
I bought it! Looks great!
Hey everyone that’s a fellow gamer/Steam person. Don’t just buy the game, be sure and give it a review and play time, that REALLY helps indie devs like these, it will boost their ability to get noticed in the big algorithm.
Hey on a similar note, for the devs, there is a super fun light military turn based strategy game that I think would REALLY do well with an updated interpretation on a similar theme. It was called Military Madness (or Nectaris, depending on region). Anyone who has played Advance Wars has played a similar game, but I think MM is even better and has this really cool strategic mechanic where if you surround the enemy target from multiple tiles, it multiplies the combat effects, along with terrain multipliers and EXPERIENCE for the units.
That game, with Ukrainian units, might just be the dream game of mine.
Tell your son he is amazing, and thanks for putting the effort into making this! I’ll share it, and come back and buy copies for my sons as well.
