This has been on the cards for a while now. We were just waiting for confirmation.
I really don’t know how they’ll be able to manage it together.
I’m a little skeptical (as are others who are in the industry).
For those of us not in the industry, what’s the relation between the SPCAs and the enforcement/legislation side? How close are they? Is it an uncomfortable relationship or do they work well together? How strong is the lobbying arm of the SPCAs towards legislationary improvement?
