Il mio pacco con il numero di tracciamento dice che è disponibile per il ritiro sul sito web dhlink di tracciabilità, ma posti non ne ha idea, altrimenti potrei controllare il mio pacco

Are you sure this wasnt a scam email? Had similar ones in the past. Dont click links on the email and instead go directly to their website. If in fact they already said they dont have a clue, this seems like it might be the case of a scam :/
