It’s both hilarious and terrifying how accurate this cartoon feels. The golden toilet symbolizes the shallowness of certain political decisions, prioritizing luxury and image over global responsibility.
Like Trump gives a damn about what Macron thinks…
He will just get a deal where the US gains, Russia gains and Ukraine and Europe get shafted. The EU has always been an enemy to him in the economical sense and he dgaf about Ukraine itself, only about beeing seen as the guy who made the deal to stop the war. The price to pay being so high means nothing to him.
Seems more an unintended commentary on how irrelevant Europe feels itself to be that others can trade it for so little.
