It’s actually mad how much faster the population of the south is growing compared to ours in the north
What housing crisis!!!
The numbers actually hide the real impact, outwards migration are mostly people leaving their childhood bedroom, offsetting the inwards who need their own home – so it’s actually much worse than it looks, we’re going backwards in terms of housing.
