      This is not news, because Putin will never agree to “Peace” talks, unless forced to. He will not meet with Ze because he does not want to legitimize the Ukrainian nation and state.

      Just dismantle the ICC already. It’s completely useless. I got downvoted some time ago for saying that it’s only purpose is to go against 3rd world leaders that can’t fight back against the 1st world.

      Any country with sufficient military/economic power, allies or US backing will simply say fuck you to anything the ICC says. When even the countries that signed the treaty say they won’t uphold the rulings then what does it even exist for???????
