I was there. A security guard told me that there were homeless people setup under the bridge and someone decided to set their stuff on fire, then it spread to a gas pipe. There’s no power in the whole area, even the traffic lights were off. Scumbags

Taken at 21.25 (from opposite side of the bridge). Blaze still underway. Looks like they are have trouble finding the gas switch!
