      Bezirksgericht Bülach, ist ziemlich sicher kompliziert da die Vergewaltigung zu 100% nicht auf Schweizer Boden passiert ist. Ich denke da hat jemand einfach versucht das Maximum des möglichen rauszuholen. Und das ist praktisch leider nichts.

      We are missing some information here surely. Raped ON A PLANE. A confined and highly controlled, quiet space with barely enough room to sit down comfortably?

      And what in the fuck is wrong with the Swiss justice system??? How can a man get 18 fucking months for doing this? Is this normal in Switzerland??

      If the dad would have seen it and transformed his head into something unrecognizable, the punishment would be much higher…
      Also what does a bedingter straffe mean if he also has a 5 year entry ban? There is no way he can do it again under swiss jurisdiction anyway
