      Interesting that fellow slavic ethnicities like Ukrainian and Russian are lower on the list than non-slavic, non-white ethnicities like Chinese and Vietnamese. Can anyone explain why?

      I was so confused.. I thought this was asking different nationalities how they felt about having neighbors in a general sense.. And I kept thinking; wtf? How can people be so against having neighbors?????
