Qualcosa funziona davvero in questo paese? Sembra che le cose stiano peggiorando invece di meglio e nulla sta migliorando.
È solo uno stampo a barre di cioccolato a buon mercato di Amazon e non voglio nemmeno perdere tempo a discutere con i dipendenti dell’ufficio postale, dal momento che porta al nulla. Tutto quello che possono dire è contattare il venditore e quindi chiederti se vuoi presentare un reclamo, che sappiamo non fa merda.

wouldn’t be surprised if it’s lost in some vehicle or just some guy who doesn’t feel like working and just checks all his stops as closed or something lol
Submit claim to OmbudsmanPoste. It’s completely free.
Not sure if it will change anything but there’s no hope Bpost itself will ever change anything without outside pressure. At worst it will be another statistic in the annual report.
Just make sure you first make complaint to Bpost (through the online form). You’ll get an automatic response full of shit but it’s necessary to file a complaint with Ombudsman Poste.
