Back in the 90s, I spent an evening at this place and at about ten they had a power cut just as I was on the way to the jacks. Anyway, they couldn’t fix it easily so we were left in the dark for ages. Meantime, I needed to go, so feeling my way along, I got to where I thought the toilets were, then unzipped. At exactly that moment the light came back on and the whole pub saw me standing there in the corridor with the old feller out. What an embarrassment.

The amtech brand jump leads are bad. But I’d rather chance drinking them than the Heineken
I wonder how much they sell to tourists who dont need anything but still buy something as a souvenir.
