This is Lofoten. Reine is the town
It’s Reinebringen, Lofoten, but that’s not the peak you reach when you take the trail. If I remember right, this might be one you need some expertise to reach and is a bit south.
Might be Reinebringen in Lofoten. There is a stone step walkway up there from the road, lovely place for a sunset (if there is a sunset).
Have good hiking shoes and equipment for hiking. The weather can be rough and the stone steps are slippery in rain. There can also be loose rocks falling.
Reine Lofoten – bin there, 10/10 recommend

I took a picture here a few days ago (actually on a vacation to Norway). Reinebringen. Although it may have been a slightly different angle or this is distorted. we went up a bunch of steps then hiked a tad further to the top.
