The Polish proposal is still outrageous and just as dangerous on the long run, there’s nothing in any of this discussion that wouldn’t violate basic human rights and expose us to never before seen oppression. There shouldn’t be a compromise, there must be a total abandonment of this project and everything similar, including all the insane proposals under ProtectEU, in their entirety.

It’s shaming that even when those few states who are fighting to protect our rights are willing to compromise and make this law acceptable, the 16 hell-bent on mass surveilance are immovable on their maximalist stance.

    3. I’m not into EU bureaucracy, can this be vetoed or is this majority vote?

System is fine and stable, we don’t need some extensive surveillance changes which violate European values,

we need new laws for foreign corporations who are exploiting European citizens, so they stop violating European values.
