      12 transfusions a year. Assuming he lives to 100 that would be 1200 transfusions. I hope science discovers a cure for this lad.

      Oh he’s a cute little boy. If you’re considering donating, here’s your sign! I started donating a couple years ago and because I never had a common childhood illness (CMV), my blood is given to neonates which feels really special.
