Abbiamo parcheggiato qui il 9 agosto (sabato) e oggi abbiamo ricevuto un biglietto di parcheggio. Dalla mia comprensione IV significa che la necessità di un biglietto di parcheggio è in vigore solo dal lunedì al venerdì?

Sign means exactly what you wrote. Maybe fine was for improper parking or something else?
Perhaps you parked differently than it showed on the sign? Otherwise, upload the fine, maybe it specifies the reason.
Can you send the actual ticket? Sometimes theres a sign that a parking space is ‘reserved’ or you parked the car not in the correct way that is shown in the sign
maybe you parked a camper, blocked the exit or other issue

Translate the ticket. It should be about something else. Probably parked in not allowed place.
Or point exact place in google maps where you parked.
