Ehi tutti, viviamo a Berlino Prenzlauerberg e stiamo usando Pyur per la nostra Internet domestica. Oggi c’è stata un’interruzione all’improvviso. E ora l’indicazione sul portale di Pyur dice che ci vorrà un mese per risolverlo ?????? Un intero mese pazzo ???????? C’è qualcun altro che ne è colpito? E inoltre, c’è qualcosa che posso fare in termini di abbandono del mio contratto prima, quindi è di scadenza a causa di nessun servizio?

Just call them first. It’s probably an error im the website.
maybe one month is a kind of wildcard and they replace it with the actual date, when they have identified the problem
