If the invoice is to the name of the seller it has nothing to do with you, looks like it was provided just as a proof warranty, so you can contact BRACK in case of any problems with laptop.

It feels like: seller buys a laptop and pays monthly, resells it to people. If they have bad credit but can still pay it with installments, then they can convert the laptop to cash, and then figure out how pay their “loan” monthly to brack.ch later.

Or they’re just going to disappear and not pay their loan. But it’s unlikely brack.ch will be chasing you, the seller has a contract with them.

Apparently it’s also why some people queue at Apple stores for brand new iPhones. They can pay it with installments, and sell the phone on eBay with a lot of margin, it’s ~~a dumb way to manage your finances, but oh well~~ capitalism, baby!

My guess, they bought it for a very good price (Maybe from Daydeal?) If it isn‘t your name on the paper, I wouldn‘t worry about it. But why they sent you the Lieferschein? You need the Invoice (Rechnung) for warranty claims.

The risk to you seems very low. The contract is between Brack and the seller, and Brack has no contact with you to make any claims. I believe the seller is more likely playing a “credit game,” receiving money from you while only slowly paying Brack back.

      Let me summarize:

So you get a good deal.
      You pay.
      You receive the good.
      Everything looks legit, receipt etc.

Yet you still complain, go to Reddit and even write Brack?! How paranoid are you?

Thats just the receipt and with that you have warranty. Its nice but also expected and has been sent with stuff i ordered on ricardo several times. Also, even in the case of that he would have not paid for it but soldt it to you lying about the legitimacy of it, he would be the one in trouble anyways. You wouldn‘t be in the wrong.
