Russian forces carried out a targeted strike on Ukrainian Railways’ civilian passenger rolling stock, heavily damaging one of the Intercity+ trains.

At the time of the strike, the train was in a depot and no passengers were on board.

A railway junction in the Zhytomyr region was also hit, delaying numerous trains.
