You’re planning on packing a whole lot of stuff into a handful of days that are not really close together or logistically possible during winter.

Not sure you can get to the blue grotto in winter without your own boat, that’s assuming the sea permits boat travel. It can often be rather windy and choppy to the point getting on a boat can be dangerous.

Basically everything in Mdina on Christmas Day is going to be shut other than restaurants (you’d need to pre-book Christmas dinner).

Explore more local sites on 26th, again same issue as Christmas Day, most stuff will be closed.

Then beach days? Literally you will be wearing coat, hat and scarf most likely. Malta might say it’s 10 degrees, but it’s humid and windy, the cold and damp gets to your bones and the wind will burn your face. Unless you’re coming from a cold country like the Arctic, you’re gunna be cold.

I’d rethink your time in Malta to be more relaxing/change the order and visit Malta when stuff will actually be open.
