Ciao!

Ovviamente no.

I like Georgia but calling 2008 a win is delusional and it’s not exactly realistic that Abkhazia and Ossetia will ever return

    2. > Therefore, if you are Georgian, do not diminish the honor of your nation, do not downplay the lives sacrificed by Georgian heroes, and proudly state: in 2008, Georgia truly won the war that Russia started!

Recognizing that you lost doesn’t mean diminishing the sacrifices.

if u think about it they have already replaced our government. the whole parliament is owned by one oligarch, who controls what they do and say, while he himself is sucking the tit of Russia.
The Russian government also admitted that they were successful in gaining control over our parliament as seen from their interviews.
The cities are filled with Russian ppl, if you go out you’ll hear more Russian than Georgian, they even took out questions about the 2008 war when u are applying for citizenship.
The Georgian government is actively moving away from Europe and going in the opposite direction, while lying to ppl. The president doesn’t even have a diploma and has 0 cultural knowledge, as demonstrated from his speeches.
Protests are being held everyday, innocent people are being jailed and fined for speaking their minds, the government is corrupt, the court is corrupt, everything is going to ass, we live in a country where Georgian people aren’t even third priority, police are turned into personal dogs for one person.
so no we didn’t win the 2008 war, we halted the aggression thanks to the heroes sacrifice (btw the mayor of gori was calling them bandits in the recent interview. he called Georgian soldiers who died protecting their country bandits opposing Russia’s peace spreading unit, like wtf man, how delirious can one get). nd even thou the aggression was halted, Russia simple chose to buy our politicians instead of genocide of Georgian people, so we didn’t win shit, we lost and are still losing to this day, this very second and we’ll keep losing until we’ll have a government that doesn’t bend over to daddy putin nd we’ll keep losing until all the fuckers answer for their crimes against Georgia and it’s people, nd we’ll keep losing’s unless Georgia will be for Georgians first

Edit: i’ll say with pride we’ve won the 2008 war when our country will be rid of parasites, until then we are still suffering the consequences

We didn’t, and we couldn’t. Ending/freezing the war as quickly as possible was the best way out.
