Until enough of the powers that be understand that Russia will not stop on its own, it must *be* stopped or it will continue murdering Ukraine civilians at will. And make no mistake, it wills, as in Russia wants to kill civilians because that is the terror tactic that has worked in the past for them.
Ukraine has been doing a miraculous job keeping them at bay, but it would help to have Russia further weakened by more sanctions and Ukraine provided with more weapons and defense. Especially air defense.
