Let me preface this with the fact that I’m far from an expert. But the blue makes for horrible readability. “Excellent” as your English level sounds weird. You’d be better off putting a level or something like you have with German. Reading through your work experience, and while your English is definitely good, I wouldn’t read that and think excellent to be honest. You jump a lot between tenses in your work experience and it all just sounds very vague and textbook
Then I’m sort of confused with the project stuff. You’ve got a project overview and then you also list projects under work experience. Also I feel like you shouldn’t be listing the process of what you’ve done in the projects but rather saying just what was done and then you go into it while in an interview.

I’m not quite sure if the hobbies section is still relevant on a CV these days.

I would put it in lowest bracket to be honest. Why don’t you use Europass CV maker? Just put there all of the informations and there you go. It could take some time but you can update it every time from the file.

P.S. please just use white text on blue background next time.

The text has many issues. For example, “by solving engineering knowledge” is not idiomatic. Do you mean “by applying engineering principles”?

im a student stuyding electrical engineering as well. In my perspective it will be very hard to impossible, so no. The CV should first be written in German.

Then A2 German is still very limited for any entry level position. Its not easy to find a job with a foreign bachelor in Germany, someone with a german Bachelor or a master is always preffered, maybe do your master here and improve your German.
