What do you mean by won’t accept your partner to live with you? Open the door for them and problem solved. Now if you are asking for them to register them, it’s a different topic. You need to check in the contract if explicit consent is required from the landlord when a second person moves in. This is often followed with some rent increase mentioned as well to compensate the increase in Nebenkosten.
Du brauchst deinem Landlord nicht zu fragen oder darum bitten. Du teilst ihm lediglich in einem Satz mit, dass dein Lebenspartner ab dem dd.mm.yyyy einziehen wird. Fertig. Keine weiteren Sätze drumrum schreiben. Das ist nicht notwendig, da er es nicht verbieten kann.
Eventuelle Anpassungen der Nebenkostenvorauszahlungen kann er anpassen, muss aber nicht. Das meiste wird eh nach Quadratmeter der Wohnung abgerechnet, und das ändert sich ja nicht. Lediglich Strom und Wasser sind Verbrauchsabhängig.
Sollte ein Schreiben des Vermieters den Einzug des Lebenspartners verbieten wollen, muss er es schriftlich begründen. Aber auch das braucht dich nicht zu interessieren, da er Klage vor Gericht dagegen erheben müsste und diese verlieren wird.
