Yet they left the tariffs in place….
The hacks on the SCOTUS will overturn it on appeal.
A lot of people think that the Supreme Court will back him because it has a conservative majority, but I’m not so sure. I think it could go either way. Just because they’re socially conservative doesn’t mean that they’re on board with the economic damage that’ll be wrought by Trump’s tariffs.

The more they try to lawyer their way out of Trump’s policy objectives, the more he’ll simply gut the judiciary. This idea that you can hold up government by finding an amenable federal judge is unsustainable for all sides. Trump was elected on a mandate to tariff global trade, and he will do just that. They don’t like it? Tough tits, do better election campaigning next time.
