So che si tratta di patate semplici e ordinarie, ma adoro le patate cotte in questo modo, un po’ salate e molto gustose. Come si chiama questa patata in finlandese? Inoltre, qualcuno sa come si cucina? Sembra fritto nell’olio? Oppure รจ unto d’olio e poi cotto in forno?

Looks like basic fried potatoes. I usually pre-boil them in salty water until almost cooked through. You can then finish them in oil and whatever spices you want either in the oven, grill or in a frying pan (Muurikka pan is great for these).
Making great fried potatoes is a science in itself.
