Ahh yes, the discussion would be peaceful im sure.
Both countries are in Schengen and EU now, so hopefully it’s not going to matter anymore (as long as a language law not punishing minorities)

My grandpa told me how he and his family left their village and escaped to Romania, by crossing the border near Apahida (next to Cluj) at night. From there, they managed to get to Turda (which was in Romania), via train. In Turda, they stayed for some time (1-2 years) before moving to Deva.
After the war was over, they managed to get their old village house back.
Despite all this, he harbored no ill will towards his Hungarian colleagues and neighbors.
