This looks technically correct in the sense there isnt a point of law. At the same time the ruling is so absurdly subjective this all seems perverse.

I don’t understand why the council have gone down the injunction route surely there must be a hundred other ones they can use to render the premises inoperable and just claim Wednesbury Rules on?
