Karosta Prison. Ghost Hunters International literally called it one of the most ghost-infested places in the world.

If the stories are true, most of the very old churches and old castles have ghosts. Example. Old St. Gertrude’s church got it’s name because when building the church, they took a young virgin girl Gertrude and put her somewhere between the churches walls alive.The same story, but with different girls was about many different churches throughout Latvia. And many of those places say that they have seen ghost, supposedly of those girls.
Jelgava castle has a pretty nice story about a lady in white!
