      EDIT: at a network that has over 100 gas stations in Moscow region, there is no 95 fuel, one of the main fuels in Russia!

      Russia always suffers from modest fuel shortages at this time of year even before the war as they go through refinery maintenance.

      This year, due to Ukrainian actions caused these annual shortages to move from modest to severe. Once refineries go back on line, the fuel shortages should ease. That means Ukraine needs to prepare to step up attacks on refineries especially AFTER they come back online as operating refineries go boom much better than ones under maintenance.
