Students (and people of all sorts really) who rely solely and consistently on AI will not develop the skills they need for life and work or will see those skills atrophy and weaken over time.

On the other hand, people who adopt a blanket refusal approach will fail to make gains and progress that is now falling right into their lap at very little cost.
